Rice with pork and cabbage
Chop pork tenderloin, half of a cabbage, and 1 onion into thin slices.
Heat 2 tbs oil on stove at med high heat and brown pork.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and adobo seasoning.

Once pork is brown take out of pan and add in cabbage and onions. Turn heat down to medium.


Add same seasonings as before cover and let cook for around 10 min to soften. Stir as needed.

Add pork back in.

Add 1 1/2 cup of water, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 2tbs vinegar, 1/3 cup soy sauce, and 4 bay leaves and let simmer for 20min.

While pork and cabbage are simmering go ahead and cook some white rice. When everything is done just add pork and cabbage over white rice and add soy sauce, green onions, and red pepper flakes.
